cardigans

Again...I saw on Pintererst people were taking shirts and/or sweaters and turning them into cardigans. Found this shirt at DI (Actually my friend saw it and thought of me so she picked it up for me!) and then then my friend and I made cardigans. We just cut straight up the middle and hemmed it. I have another one in the works that needs to be finished. It's so fun to make new things out of old things :)

The Stockings Were Hung

I am really excited about this one. I never have any where to hang my stockings at Christmas time. Last year I just pinned them to the wall. So...this year I made a cute sign for them to hang on. I think it turned out pretty cute and I'm excited to hang the stockings on it. I would start decorating now but Wes has told me I'm not allowed to pull out any Christmas stuff until after Thanksgiving!

Scarves

I have been really into making scarves lately. Thank you Pinterest (where I get all of my inspiration) for these great ideas!

I saw this Audrey Hepburn quote on Pinterest and I loved it! I decided I wanted it to put by my bed, so this weekend I made one. Here is the inspiration. (This one cost $59.00 dollars to buy)

So I made this one. I had some wood from my brother and I bought some pink vinyl from Expressions Vinyl and after using my Silhouette machine...here it is!
